where all the kids have robot parts

During the past couple days, I’ve had the urge to chop my hair off again. Shoulder-length again, but with a better shape to it than last time. Maybe shorter. I’ve often thought that the next time I cut it, I might go for a long-ish pixie cut with side-swept bangs.

Deep down, though, I want to grow it quite long before I cut it off again. I had waist- to hip-length hair for about seven years, and I so love having long hair. I’m no longer afraid of cutting it short, but I would like to live with the length again before I make another drastic change.

Still. Short hair would feel so good in the spring and summer. And a pixie-cut just might accentuate my cheekbones and eyes, which are my favorite parts of my face. And and and. A pixie is still a little bit scary-short, though, so I’m in no danger of actually doing it right now.

This is how long it was four years ago. I’d like to get back there again before another chop-off. I know I’ve said the same thing about four times. Maybe I’m trying to remind myself so I don’t go hastily cutting it up to my shoulders or anything.

I don’t roll on the floor, but talking and singing to myself is a given.

Also: lie on the couch/floor, stare at the ceiling, and think about everything.

FYI, I have a general picspam tumblr. I used to have it as a separate account because I made it before I knew you could just make sub-accounts from your main tumblr. Whoops! So last night I reblogged everything over to a sub-account and got rid of the separate one.
